Timelapse camera setup at Narsap Sermia

In July, we installed a timelapse camera near the calving front of Narsap Sermia to monitor its calving behaviour and its dynamics. The camera will take pictures every hour for the next 400 days. These photographs will (amongst other things) allow us to determine the velocity of the glacier, and monitor calving events when we retrieve the data in 2018.
